You do not need to launch the theme. After downloading, it will be automatically installed in Panda Home themes list (or aHome/OpenHome, depending on the home application you choose). YOU MUST THEN APPLY THE THEME THROUGH THE PANDA HOME SETTINGS.
NOTE ON BACKGROUND:
The wallpaper for this theme is HIGH RESOLUTION. This is so it can work on large devices. If you need the icebergs to be smaller and are using PandaHome do the following:
Click your "menu" button, select "Wallpaper", select "Panda Wallpaper", select the Penguin theme wallpaper, hit apply.
The background also works best when locked. If you want to lock the background (so it does not scroll) go to PandaHome's settings, then the Home Screen settings and uncheck "Wallpaper scrolling" at the top.
